The CEFORALP workshops

To involve your collaborators in improving your company's performance

Company performance is a team sport in which everyone has to take part.

The CEFORALP workshops encourage exchanges and the transfer of skills and guarantee the success of your improvement actions and progress plans.

Production
Increasing the performance of industrial companies.
The “Lean production” pilot initiative aroused such enthusiasm among industrialists that it has been passed on to 450 SMEs under the name PPJ: “Production au Plus Juste Rhône-Alpes” (Rhône-Alpes Lean Production). These unique experiments in France and in Europe enable direct action on the factors of competitiveness (costs, deadlines, quality, responsiveness).

Information and Communication Technologies:
Placing I.T. and C.T. at the service of SMEs development.
I.T. , C.T. and e-business constitute an enormous growth potential for companies. To make the most of them, programmes such as “Ulysse”, “@ business Grand Lyon” and “e-Rhône-Alpes”, assist companies in mastering these tools.

The Extended Enterprise
Assisting your suppliers in a continuous improvement logic.
Programmes like “Cap Performance” and “The extended enterprise : A community of interests” assist SMEs supplying industrial groups in the continuous improvement of their performance.
By building up operational action plans, they enable the consolidation of a mutual customer-supplier progress culture.

Entrepreneurship

You have an idea, a project… or are involved in taking over a company, a franchise, etc. The Challenge scheme enables you to test your entrepreneurial capacities, to define your company project and to draw up your business plan.
