A need for a new approach : the Community of Interests

One's performance relies on the performance of the chain : interests of each actor are very linked. Rules for a common operating should be defined.

The manufacturing and service production should evolve towards new forms of organisations, flexible, shared and structuring in consistency with a logic of a community of interests.

The Extended Enterprise creates this new approach.

• Interfaces stage: between suppliers and customers
• Global stage : performance of the extended enterprise
