Lean Services approach
Switching from an obligation of means to an obligation of results via the implementation of action plans resulting from the diagnostics and the permanent implementation of piloting.
These approaches dictate the elaboration and implementation of the process from the very beginning:
  • The objective of diagnostics is not so much to demonstrate what is good or what is bad, but rather to demonstrate what should be done.
  • Solutions are devised according to their relevance and actual feasibility.
  • The contents and teaching methods of the training courses are designed in view of the possibility of their immediate application in the action plan.
