The European project Cross Ages gathers together academic partners and partners from the enterprise field. It is built around 6 phases (see graph as per contra) allowing to use and to combine the fruits of the work achieved by these two fields, to propose, in the end, a series of tools and publications offering a comprehensive vision of the interests and stakes for all stake holders.

The direct beneficiaries of the project are older people, be them still in activity or not. Cross Ages is also addressed to actors of the training field (trainers, teachers, practitioners belonging to the adult education, training providers, etc.) but also to social and economic partners and political institutions through the formulation of recommendations.
