In the frame of the Community initiative EQUAL, CEFORALP designs and experiments, in collaboration with UNITEX, AFPI Roanne and Lyon 3 Valorisation, a methodology of performance and competences improvement at the scale of an extended enterprise. CEFORALP collaborates also with the Industrial Employers Union of Torino (www.amma.it)

THE EXTENDED ENTERPRISE is the association of actors and related organisations contributing to a common value chain and market objective.

To act on the Extended Enterprise consists in a collective progress dynamic, integrating all the actors and implementing all the related tools, approaches, technologies to improve the performance of organisations and the skills represented.
