and traditional SMEs (metal-mechanic, textile, chemistry, plastics
processing), with no high R&D capacities

a methodological approach for the development of services around
product in manufacturing SMES
- to sensitise and train, during workshops, managers
of industrial SMEs to a sustainable service orientation
Particularly, the methodological approach seeks to :
- analyse the role of services in manufacturing SMEs :
- in the customer's
needs satisfaction
- in the industrial performance
- as an innovation factor for
the product
- identify the key- factors of success of a service
orientation
- perpetuate the service orientation, through the integration
of a simple and structured methodological approach for the introduction
and provision of service
