CEFORALP and its partners have carried out a comparative study about employment of older workers in the enterprises located in 5 European areas: Rhône-Alpes in France, Aragón in Spain, Venetia in Italy, Saxe in Germany, and Budapest in Hungary.

This study, available in French and in English, aims to identify the different factors (cultural, historical, political, etc.) which, in each one of the regions of the project partners, play a part in the practices of enterprises regarding older workers' employment. These specific or distinctive factors have been taken into account for the design of the constituent tools of the SILVER methodology, which is addressed to enterprises.
