This tool allows to make all personnel aware of the fact that within a company every operation has a cost. The case study will urge every participant to question his/her personal work task, in order to :

  • Identify the operations with no added value to the product.
  • Adopt a positive attitude in seeking to eliminate these operations and reduce costs thus freeing up resources that may then be used for constant improvement, trainig…

SUCCÈS INDUSTRIE

Discovering through a game the various crafts in the industry.
Encouraging a vocational orientation of young people towards jobs-creators sectors.
Revealing the diversity of the industrial crafts and their accessibility for every one.

Success industry was designed by CEFORALP in collaboration with the regional government of Rhone- Alpes , the main employer organisation- MEDEF, the professional associations of the sectors of Chemistry, Textile, Metal-Mechanic, Plastics Processing. It is also supported by the local education authorities of Lyon and Grenoble.
The game Success Industry will be proposed to education institutions, centres for vocational counselling and information, to training organisations linked to professional associations, and to job centres, in order to help young people to be decision-makers on their vocational choice.
